Steel hardware on each Bootlegger Cabinet is slightly distressed and hammered for texture to create accents that blend seamlessly with the naturally aged patina of the bourbon barrel. The handcrafted features on this piece are a mile long.
*Bottom shelf lazy Susan made from re-claimed oak with it’s naturally aged and distressed look.
*1/4″ glass middle shelf with polished edges
*Overhead lights with an exterior switch and electric chord access in back of barrel (6′ length of chord included).
*Keep your contents secure with a vintage, cast iron padlock and 2 skeleton keys.
*Hand forged clasp attached to both doors for hooking padlock.
*Twisted steel shot glass holders inside doors with 4 shot glasses.
*Custom, hand forged hinges individually made to fit the curvature of each barrel.
*Concealed magnetic door catches
*Barrel hoops secured with squarehead washer style screws all around.
*Inside char thoroughly scraped out and sealed so no char residue is left.
*Barrel thoroughly sanded smooth to the touch.
*Finished inside & out with multiple coats of wood conditioner and polyurethane for a durable, long lasting finish.
